In Yemen, a Saudi-led coalition is attacking Hodeidah, a key port held by Iran-allied Houthi rebel fighters. Jane Arraf and Camila Domonoske report:

Yemen has been engulfed in a civil war since Iranian-backed Houthis overthrew the Yemeni government and seized control of the capitol three years ago. Saudi Arabia, the UAE and other members of the coalition have fought to restore the ousted government and roll back Iran’s influence in the region. The U.S. has provided the Saudi-led coalition logistical support.
