First Amendment attorney Floyd Abrams arrives at Federal Court during the trial of New York Times reporter Judith Miller.

He defended the “New York Times” over the Pentagon Papers and he argued the Citizens United case … on the side of Citizens United.

Floyd Abrams is, according to the Times, a “titan of free speech jurisprudence.” And, with a new book on the First Amendment out, we ask him: What should everyone know about the First Amendment today?
